The Project Management Office (PMO) supports IT initiatives at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. The focus of IT Project Management is to empower our teams and leadership with tools that help deliver projects on time, on budget, and with expected results.
PMO Responsibilities
| Portfolio Management | The PMO facilitates project selection and priorities in order to meet Strategic SMU objectives. The project portfolio is continuously monitored to ensure timely project communication and completion. |
